RaceRoom telemetry HUD overlay
RaceRoom publishes its shared memory on its own. Start a session and the HUD goes live.
Setup
Pick RaceRoom in Horizon Labs (Settings → Connection), then switch on its telemetry:
- RaceRoom
- Nothing to enable: the game publishes its shared memory on its own.
- RaceRoom’s shared memory carries car ids only, so the car-name widget stays empty.
- Run the game in borderless windowed mode so the overlay can sit on top.
What the HUD can show
The fields the game sends, as Horizon Labs reads them. The Designer lets you bind any of them to any layer.
RaceRoom
Engine Speed · RPM · Rev limit · Gear
Inputs Throttle · Brake · Clutch · Steering
Race Lap number · Best lap · Last lap · Current lap time · Position · Fuel · Pit limiter
Dynamics G-force · Vertical G · Heading · Drift angle · Pitch · Roll · Tyre temperatures
