iRacing telemetry HUD overlay
iRacing publishes its telemetry in shared memory on its own. Horizon Labs reads it and draws your HUD over the sim.
Setup
Pick iRacing in Horizon Labs (Settings → Connection), then switch on its telemetry:
- iRacing
- Nothing to enable: the game publishes its shared memory on its own.
- iRacing only updates tyre temperatures in the pits, so they are not used for live widgets.
- Run the game in borderless windowed mode so the overlay can sit on top.
What the HUD can show
The fields the game sends, as Horizon Labs reads them. The Designer lets you bind any of them to any layer.
