GTR and RACE 07 telemetry HUD overlay
The SimBin games publish shared memory once one line is changed in your driver file. Horizon Labs reads speed, revs, gear, laps, position, fuel, water and oil temperatures.
Setup
Pick your game in Horizon Labs (Settings → Connection), then switch on its telemetry:
- GTR 2
- In
UserData\<driver>\<driver>.PLR, with the game closed, setWrite Shared Memory="1". - GT Legends
- In
UserData\<driver>\<driver>.PLR, with the game closed, setWrite Shared Memory="1". - RACE 07
- In
UserData\<driver>\<driver>.PLR, with the game closed, setWrite Shared Memory="1". - RACE – The WTCC Game
- In
UserData\<driver>\<driver>.PLR, with the game closed, setWrite Shared Memory="1". - GTR – FIA GT Racing Game
- In

- In

- In

- These games do not publish pedal positions, so pedal widgets stay idle.
- Run the game in borderless windowed mode so the overlay can sit on top.
What the HUD can show
The fields each game sends, as Horizon Labs reads them. The Designer lets you bind any of them to any layer.
